How much deposit will I have to pay to confirm a booking?

30% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

Can I make a provisional booking?

You can make a provisional booking, as you are not committed until you pay the reservation deposit. Once you request a booking the deposit must be paid within 4 days to confirm the booking.

If I cancel will I loose my deposit?

If your cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival the cancellation fees are as below. 6 weeks or more prior to arrival 30% 4-6 weeks prior to arrival 50% 4 weeks prior to arrival 100%

When will I receive the keys,details and directions to the villa?

Once we have received the balance in full, you will be sent details on key collection and directions to the villa.

What time can we check into the villa and what time to we have to vacate on the day of departure?

We need time to make the villa clean and ready for your arrival so please do not arrive before 16.00hrs unless by prior arrangement. Check out time is 10am.

What happens if I have a problem in the villa?

We have property management which will deal with any problems that may arise, we do have an Emergency 24hr call out number.

How often will our villa be cleaned?

The maid service is three times a week with linen and towel changes. Additional cleaning can be arranged and paid for locally

Do you supply baby cots and high chairs?

Yes we do supply baby cots and high chairs, requested prior to arrival.

Do you accept pets in the villas?

We do not accept pets in the villas

Do you arrange Airport or Ferry pick up?

We will be happy to arrange a transfer from the airport or ferry at an additional cost.

Is there a deposit to be paid for damages and breakages?

Yes we do require a security bond to ensure against loss, damages and misuse of the villa. Credit card detail will be taken upon arrival, no payment will be taken without prior warning.
